Bank of America exec talks Baltimore branch strategy, industry's biggest challenges

Aron Levine has seen a lot of change in the banking industry throughout his career at Bank of America, and he doesn't expect that to change anytime soon. Levine, head of consumer banking and investments for the Charlotte-based bank, was in Baltimore recently for a quarterly visit. In his position he oversees more than 40,000 employees across a footprint that includes some 4,500 branches. Bank of America is the dominant market share leader in Greater Baltimore with $22 billion in deposits as of June 30, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (Balt. Bus. Journal)
