Come hear Center Maryland's Steve Kearney moderate a discussion with Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith and Howard County Executive Ken Ulman about the 2010 legislative session and how it's affecting the counties. They'll talk about such issues as the budget, taxes, land use, development and stormwater development.

The event is part of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council’s second "Executive Voices" breakfast discussion, set for Thursday, March 11 at Loyola University.
